Am I imagining things....
Can popcorn be popped on a stove?
Or only in microwaves?

Movie projectors...
Is this the type that hooks up to your PC or DVD player?
Really want to see one of those in action.

many man MANY moons ago, when i worked at a movie theatre, the manager used to sell bags of pop-corn to peeps for birthday parties, or whatever... BIG bags, too.

you can't beat it fresh popped, though!

Santa has a new stainless steel Magma marine portable gas grill in his sleigh for the "Changes". UPS reports it left Jacksonville, FL yesterday morning so it should be under the tree tonight!

Popcorn to be popped right at the "theatre". All anyone will need is a bowl to scoop out popcorn for themselves.

The projector is all-inclusive. The only thing needed is a power cord. In fact, we can hardly wait until this summer when we shine the projector on the back of our house and watch movies - from in the pool!

It was 28 degrees at Tops'l this morning. It is supposed to be even colder tonight. Brrrrrrr!

Hopefully, we will fare better for the Rally.

Let's all have a community "warm thoughts" moment just before everyone sets out for the rally. 28 degrees sounds too much like conditions here at home. I surely hope we don't drive a couple of thousand miles for more cold! We are dreaming of sun, warm, surf, sand--beachy dreams! I know, it's January so anything can happen. Crossing fingers, toes, elbows, and so on ~G

Hey Georgia, just for you. These pics were taken the day after Thanksgiving at Henderson State Park, just about 10 miles up the beach from Topsail. Enjoy and think "warm".

These pictures could have been taken today. Today the ocean was absolutely beautiful, except that the high here today was 48 degreees. Fortuneately, it is not like this here very often.

Hello

Just got back home and it is cold!!!!All I did was park everything, unhitched,Went inside.Plan to do everything else tomorrow.Well ... It is only one more month before the rally.Everyone ready for some great eats and good laughs.I sure am.
I have been thinking about some contests still but I do not really know if I will end up doing it.I am thinking of something though.
Also.I will be getting there on Friday.Hopefully the site will be empty and we can get in there real early which will be nice to do.I will have the name badges and tally sheets with a map set up so all I ask is that you come over to my site and get them please.I think this will make it easier to do.I am in site #162.If there are extra people coming and are needing a name tag I will have my printer on me to make a few more.
We will also have the club house on hold that weekend also in case it rains.
I think it will turn out great no matter what happens though.
