Road Trip San Francisco - New York in an Airstream!

Hi, I'm a newbie - my boss is looking to take a road trip across the US in an Airstream Tourer, I've been doing research on the internet for hours and can't find one private owner or company who rents tourer. Can anyone out there help me?

I thought there would be more places offering Airstream rentals, but after doing a google search I could only find this listing:

RentNotBuy - Rent 2007 Airstream Safari SE

I am in no way connected to this individual, nor do I offer an endorsement of their services.

I know they don't have Airstreams but this is what I'd be doing.

I'd have to agree with Mike. Rent a Class-C motorhome and see the USA! Just be sure to thoroughly photograph it and note even the slightest damages when you pick it up, then thoroughly clean and photograph it again upon returning the vehicle. This should give all the ammo you might need against unreasonable charges when you turn in the RV.

Have you contacted your nearest Airstream dealer? They may be able to help, or know someone who can.

Try this:

US Adventure RV | Iowa RV Dealer and Sales of Motorhomes Travel Trailers Fifth Wheels and Popup Campers

However, I don't think anyone rents Airstream motor homes (especially Class B's). There are a couple of small firms that rent trailers but most require that they set them up on site at a campground for the customer.
