Our first snow!
It has started to snow here today. The temperature is minus 1 C and we are expecting 4cm of snow today.Oh the joy of winter!

I wish I could trade you some of our weather. It's 92 degrees right now, and the humidity is hovering right at 100%.

It sounds like your weather is headed our way -- they say maybe snow on Saturday. Down into the mid-20s tonight. I've already got my hole cut in the river. Load the sauna stove!

It won't accumulate, but we have a possibility of wet snow mixed with rain here next week. And we won't see the sun now until late April.

I am sitting here watching it snow and wishing it was 75 F like yesterday. At least the autumn leaves are pretty.

Picture of snow in Saskatoon
Hi Kim and all,
I ran out and took a sad picture of the Airstream in the snow. Fortunately, we blew out the lines yesterday, but didn't put any antifreeze in yet. We are/were planning a "last chance" camping weekend in Edmonton this weekend. (It's Canadian Thanksgiving.) I'm not feeling too thankful right now. From the picture you can see that the leaves are mainly green and have only just started to change colour. I hope the snow stops soon. If it gets too heavy, it can really do some damage to the trees.
Ahhh.....8 more months till it's camping season again.

93 degrees today.
Been there and done that with the snow.
It's nice when it's fresh. Not so nice when it turns brown.
Always loved scraping the windshield, and riding in a cold car for the 10 minutes it takes to warm-up.
But hey, different strokes......LOL
