Thumbs up One Reason Why I Bought My Airstream !

This is one of many reasons that I bought my Airstream....

2/29/08

" LAS VEGAS - Police say a man is in critical condition after the deadly toxin ricin was found in his Las Vegas motel room.
Seven other hotel guests were examined as a precaution."

Isn't it really chemical warface since it is a product of a plant, and not a live organism?

Oh yeah....um...two days in a hotel can pay my monthly trailer payment.

One Reason Why I Bought My Airstream !

My Airstream freed me of the dreaded packing and unpacking of the trunk of the family car. By the third or fourth night, it always seemed that it was impossible to fit everything in even if there weren't that many souvenirs purchased. I can't imagine trying to pack for a vaction in my '07 New Beetle Convertible, and its trunk isn't that much smaller than what was in my '86 Mustang convertible that made many cross-country trips.

I'm in your same RV park Rick. You never know where these things may show up. I always take notice to these stories since We brought our newborn daughter home from the hospital on the same day to watch the spineless cowards flying airliners into the WTC's. I always keep the full face dreagers and the AR close by. The AS is always ready to head to the familys meeting place at the rural lake house. Thanks for trying to bump up the awareness that we all should have. Were not just paraniod but just tuned in to the reality of life as it is. Good evening Robert

Yes I hear you! I liked potty training our son while travelling in the trailer, the Airstream is a lot cleaner for a little kid than rest stops, less stress for mom too!

Vegas is full of bets but it used to be only about money. Now it's whether or not your room has recently been used by bioterrorists......

I hate hotels/motels after living my working career on the road. No bets with the Airstream - it's always ready, clean, comfortable, and loaded with food (the best part).

Most hotels and motels were reasonably clean, but between environmental laws regulating what can be put in soap, and the lackadaisical manner in which most of them are cleaned, (if at all) wild horses could not drag me to a hotel...
