Do you mean the wiper motor? If so you may find that the face, the plate covering the motor facing forward when mounted in the truck, of the motor can be unbolted and you should find a printed circuit board just under the cover. Look at the lower edge of the board for a fine circuit wire that has opened, as a fuse would. If so just solder a wire across this opening. The copper foil in question will be about 1/2 the size of the rest of the copper foil s on the circuit board. A GM planned failure point.
Noe sure your this will apply to your MH because of its age but this was a very common problem with many GM wiper motors for some time in the 80s.
Another approach to some GM wiper motor problems is just to give the motor a good whack with the handle of a screwdriver.
Good Luck
