Thanks for your messages. I just got my Yeti 1000 for my 2016 GT EXT and at 73, 45 pounds is surely heavy enough! I did the same experiment with the same results with the refrigerator and freezer...

side panel access

Can you give me an idea where the screws are to see screen mechanism. I unscrewed bottom panel and can look up but the access is not good enough to fix (unless I had a trained mouse)
