The geode trip was good. Nathan had a breakdown and lost computer privileges for 4 months. He shaped up and had a good time for the rest of the trip. Anyway, I got my axles form Inland RV in Corona. Their fine, but I could have got them cheaper somewhere else. I'm sure there's a place around Fresno that can order the axles for you. There are lots of companies that make torsion axles. You just have to send them the dimensions you need. I thought I would save on shipping by picking them up, but Inland RV charged me "inbound freight". I thought that was BS as it should be included in the price. Anyway give us a call if you want to talk about axles. 843-263-4591.

We are actually in the Raymond area. I found this trailer in Fresno for under $7000 after almost giving up the search after seeing some of the prices and conditions of the trailers we saw on Craigslist. It's finally clean enough for us to use and I'm having Mike from Mike's RV come by our shop to do some checking on the propane hook ups as well as replace the toilet (you will see in the pictures today it's on the floor!) and help us figure out how to hook the water tank back up and if we can replace it or use the old one. The PO rerouted the water since they always went to camp grounds. We will be taking this to places there are no hook ups so that is my next challenge. Where do you guys take yours?

Hey there. So sorry to respond so late. I just saw ur message. Jackson was a blast! We're going next year for sure and we'll see you at Casini. Our Airstream is in getting her new floor now and a few other things. Our guy is Adam Blair at Avalon RV in Benicia ca. He works on all types of RV's but vintage Airstreams are his specialty. There were 4 of us at Jackson that have him do our work. He just moved to a larger location but he is still in Benecia. Tell him we sent you!

Hey Cara
Just looked at your pics.Thanks for posting and I really like your trailer.I've never seen a front window rockguard like yours,very nice.Did you get your leaks fixed?
Looks like we have a trip planned for Ruidoso New Mexico in May.
