I'm a newbie to the forum. I just dragged the wife to a big RV show on Thursday. I've been pushing an Airstream and she likes it with one exception. She thinks the sink is too small.
I've been searching the web for Airstream sink mods and it appears that no one messes much with their sinks. Are there any work arounds or techniques that people use to get around the smaller size of the sink? In particular she feels that washing dishes will be a pain. I suggested she just head out to the stream and find a flat rock.
I have not replaced Airstream sinks but I have removed a few. Not rocket science just basic plumbing. For a bigger sink you will need enlarge the hole in the counter. I have seen threads on rebuilds with all kinds of sinks.
