Grey water tank alarm

Our 2022 Classic 33 grey water tank suddenly started alarming with the monitor saying that the tank is 100% full. We dumped the tank, which only had a couple gallons, and the monitor still is alarming and saying the tank is still 100% full.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi

First thing to do is to check the SeaLevel gizmo and see what it says. Is it still under the sink or did they move it yet again? Who knows .... If it also says 100% then at least you have an idea which side of the system is goofing up. This also assumes the SeaLevel still feeds data to the CZone and it then does this or that based on that data ....

Grey water tank alarm.

According to the SeeLevel II manual that fault means either defective sensor or a fault ( open ) in the wiring circuit.
Wonder where to start?

I’d start at the czone, then the see level, then the tank itself. I’d be surprised if it’s a split wire somewhere in the middle of the system vs a loose connection.

True, it is sad.
We haven’t been able to use this thing because we have had multiple problems that Airstream quality control should have fixed.
Plus it is a two month wait to get into service at about any dealership. Mark
