Can't turn patio light off

I have a 2020 Airstream Classic. I cannot turn the patio light off. The CZONE
says the following

Patio light

Device CO1 output
Name Manual Bypass
Severity Standard

The backup fuse for this load is in the bypass position in the module. This load cannot be controlled by CZONE until it is returned to the normal position.

in blue it says ACKNOWLEDGE (which I did)

Any help with this will be appreciated!

As a first start I would disconnect from shore power and then shut down the DC power to the trailer with the battery disconnect button. Give it five minutes and hope that everything resets itself.

Last month my Alde displayed an error message I wasn't familiar with. I called my dealer and he walked me through the above steps oner the phone and the error condition cleared.

Thanks for the reply. Since posting my problem I have discovered I can pull the Patio light fuse out of the COI and the light still is on. I guess the Fuse holder in the COI is broke.

Do you know how to remove the Patio light. That is my next step. Thanks

Did you follow the advice below, thereby giving all the systems time to re-boot?
