All new: gas heater, weight distribution hitch, electrical (hitch to main terminal), spare tire. 2 new batteries, newer tires. Everything works! Interior is perfect for a remodel or great as is. Trailer has a rebuilt salvage title, this means it was damaged then repaired and inspected by the state or jurisdiction that issues titles. There is no frame damage, only signs of accident are small dings near windows. Damage is hardly noticeable. It is ready to travel and/or live in! Just towed it from Colorado through Utah, Idaho, Washington, Oregon and California with zero problems only received compliments along the way!
