1985 31 Airstream Excella. In the last 2 years we have rewired and installed new Pex plumbing, new laminate wood flooring, sinks and faucets as well as retro boomerang pattern Formica resurfaced countertops in the bathroom and kitchen. New Dometic air conditioner/heater installed, all new handmade curtains. Comes with a microwave/convection oven and a 2 burner induction cooktop. Twin beds at the rear of the trailer and reupholstered front couch with 2 Legomatic chairs located under the arm rests of the couch. Recently installed four new stabilizer legs, new rock guards, electric hitch and new black and grey water dump hardware and pipes. Outside has some dings and shows her age but she is rust free, water tight and solid. Ms. California 1985 is ready to roll into a campsite.
