Brand new laminate wood flooring, appliances, kitchen (oven, 3 gas burners, double sink, fridge/freezer, microwave), new curtains, sectional (converts into queen bed), 2 new twin beds, tiled mosaic bathroom (with shower, toilet, storage), and new amazing outer paint job!
