Interior: bathroom removed to access bad flooring at rear wall, repair made with marine plywood, bathroom plastic primered and painted celery in color with royal blue for tub, bathroom ceiling painted, new bathroom light fixture installed, new linoleum flooring in bathroom, new stainless steel hand rails installed in bathroom, shower and doorway, floor repaired at front door with marine plywood, new wood/laminate birch flooring installed, all windows rebuilt with new weatherstrip, screens, frames painted, hardware cleaned and painted, new interior light fixtures, roof vents (3) rebuilt with new gaskets, insulation, hardware cleaned and lubricated, new bunk beds w/new mattresses, new front fold out couch with under seat storage, electric/gas refrigerator works perfectly with new freezer gasket and new hinge kit installed, new Wineguard HD amplified TV antenna installed, TV cable connection installed, A/C coils cleaned, new air filter installed, A/C works great and also has heat function , new breakers installed in breaker box, custom fitted Levelor SS blinds installed, original curtains included, sky view windows repaired, cleaned and resealed, new SS oven trim panel installed. Plumbing Work: New hot water heater, all new hot and cold Pex water lines, new bathroom faucet fixture, new kitchen faucet fixture, shower faucet rebuilt with new shower head, new Thetford toilet water control valve W/seal kit installed, new Thetford black and grey water dump valves, new roof top plumbing vent seal kits (3) installed.
