I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

Fully custom rebuilt, Shell off, ground up, everything is new except the skin.
Tires (3) Tow-master ST225/75R15 load range E, (3) MB Aluminum alloy wheels.
New Airstream under front, drop down spare tire holder.
Dill TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring System.
New Dexter axle equipped with Hydraulic Disc Brakes, Actulink ACT-1600 brake actuator.
New High-Power 3,500 ball screw jack.
New 30# (7.1) Gal Propane Tanks (2) and new rubber LP lines and regulator, plus all new
hard LP lines to the each of the appliances.
Furrion 30amp Electrical inlet, Furrion cable TV and Telephone inlet.
The frame c-channel has been boxed in and reinforced with new x-members and outriggers.
Outriggers have an extra wide protective layer between them and the outer skin.
The frame has be fully coated twice with POR-15 then oil base Rustoleum black enamel over.
coated for UV protection on the tongue and bumper areas.
New trunk storage under the bumper with new lid, and a hot and cold water faucet for an
outside shower.
The rear hatch has been eliminated and replaced with a new solid rear panel.
Custom made flashing around the bottom rear, to improve the AS design, which let water leak
in under the skin.
All exterior rivets have been inspected, re-bucked or replaced where necessary.
All panel seams and rivets have been sealed from inside with a special liquid rubber.
All exterior seams and rivets have been sealed with Capt. Tolley’s Creeping Crack Cure
and Par Bond were necessary.
New 60 Gallon fresh, 30 Gallon Grey and 30 Gallon Black holding tanks.
Sea Level 11 Tank Monitor System.
New Flojet R4525-743 variable speed water pump, Complete Pex hot and cold water lines.
Sub-floor is ¾” Joubert Marine Ply, fully sealed top, bottom and twice on the edges.
Flooring is Forbo Marmoleum, Graphic 5306.
Precision Temp, Twin Temp JR, Hydronic heater with (3) heat exchangers, also supplies
on demand continues hot water.
Two new Fantastic Fans, the one in the rear has the rain sensor.
New Dometic AC, with electric Heat Strip.
Completely insulated and taped seams with Prodex insulation 2 layers in roof area, plus a
complete layer of Johns Manville fiberglass insulation over the Prodex.
2″ foam panel insulation under the floor.
All new 110v wiring and
12v wiring, Progressive Dynamics — Power Control Center.
(4) new Life Line GPL-6CT batteries.
Iota DLS45 Power Converter/Charger.

The counter tops and fold down table top are Back Formica.
The galley has a round SS Sink, with a pull out Faucet.
We built a Slide Out Pantry for extra space.
The front sofa, lifts up for storage and slides out two positions, to become a day bed or
a queen sized bed.
There is a nice Kenwood KDC-X995 head unit and Boston Acoustics SR60 component
speakers located in the front upper cabinet and a switched.
Pioneer Stage 4 PRS-D4200F Power Amp, to power the Bose Acustimass 3 speaker system.
Lighting is all LED, with the exception of 3 Thin Light florescent overhead lights.
