1958 Airstream Overlander 26 in great shape and ready for your remodel or finishing touches. It is a dual axle model so it tows great. It has new tires, bearings and is ready to go on the road when it is completed. The interior has the original cabinets, refrig, toilet, shower and sink. It also has a nice period oven cooktop that is ready to be installed in the cabinets. I have had extensive work done to it including:
- new brakes
- new bearings and tires
- new large water tank
- new tankiless water heater
- redone plumbing, etc.
- 1st 2 levels of outside polish...will look amazing when done!
I was planning to restore the unit but health, skill and time don't permit me to. It needs a table and benches in the front built over the freshwater tank and installation of the cooktop stove / oven (original); It needs new floor covering but the subfloor looks to be in good shape...this rig has no dents and or roof leaks and has been covered for many years. This was a barn find in Utah so it has had very light use for 40 + years.
