Love my Ooni
Have been using mine for about a year now. Love it. Very versatile and cooks more than just pizzas. Steep learning curve. My first mistake was not buying the paddle to turn the pizza. It is a must. Second mistake was buying already formed pizza dough. That dough is for a home oven. Make your own dough. Get a recipe without sugar and very limited oil. Don’t even bother using on a windy day. Drain off some of the moisture in store bought pizza sauce. Cook at about 800 degrees rather than 900. Make about 20 pizzas and you will feel confident . Focus on just one type of pizza at first.
