Shoot you just missed seeing tons of trailers in Canyonville at Alumafandango Sept 2-7th. I would check out Sutton or Airstream NW.

There's a nice group of Airstreamers in the NW who get together regularly through the forum for rallys, and a nice group (of many of the same people) in the Oregon unit of the WBCCI who also have regular rallys and gatherings. Plus you have two good sized Airstream dealers within driving distance - lucky you!

How many people/pets will be camping? Do you like state park type camping, or do you want all the bells and whistles? Important questions to help you choose

Thanks to all..

I would love to know how to get in touch with other folks in the area. I am in contact with the dealers, but want to talk to folks with "boots on the ground" as they say. Thanks for your responses...Kate

That 23D model with the corner bed is small. Me and wife looked at a new one over Labor a day weekend and decided right then it was not for us. Just my thoughts good luck in your search.

Welcome! Kate (atheness). We are new Airstreamer's, we bought a new to us 2013 Eddie Bauer 25 this last spring. We looked on and off for two years before taking the plunge on ours. What features interest you in your search for a airstream?

Now looking for a 27' Flying Cloud

Thanks all. After talking to Terry at Sutton RV here in Eugene, I have decided that the 27' FC is the one for me. Looking to live in it for several years and travel this fine country while I still can. Wanting to connect with other AS'ers..Looking forward to the roving lifestyle. Hope to have the trailer and TV by next spring. Any thoughts on the best time to buy? I am thinking winter.
