To Inland RV and Lisa. Ordered a fair amount of stuff last Friday, with a request for expedited shipping on one item. Not only was Lisa a lot of fun to deal with, but she must have taken off running as soon as I hung up, so that the item could go out on Friday. I got it Tuesday. In this day and age of "the customer is always WRONG" and "we don't care, we don't have to", it's very refreshing to deal with a company that still cares about customer service. My thanks, and I look forward to doing more business with these folks again, soon. Later.

I agree on the "Atta Girl". Checked on shipment of my axles and within an hour knew when they were shipping. Have had nothing short of great service with Andy and his crew.

There is a new formula.

The one AW#### that is a 100, is reduced by the number of years with Airstream.

Yep, Lisa is fantastic. I've talked to her three or four times and every time she was helpful, upbeat, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. That reminds me, I have to call about my axle,,,,
