Colonial airstream website
I loved the old Colonial airstream website.
Easy to scan and use.

Commercial sites especially have to change every now and again. You still get a nice roll-up of what's in-stock both new and pre-owned, plus what's headed their way. I really don't see it as being any harder to use really and the refresh makes it looks a bit nicer (but I realize that's all personal preference).

I kind of like the new site! One change I just noticed was that the thumbnails of trailers no longer open in a new page, allowing you to easily scroll through the various images. That is a very nice and overdue feature.

I may just have to use it a little more.
I do believe Colonial is the gold standard for Airstream dealers on presentation.

I don't find it all that different to navigate.

I like Colonial's detailed video walkthrough of the Airstream models on YouTube.
When I brought up Colonial to my local full-service, family-owned Airstream dealership, my salesman's eyes zigged sideways, he pantomimed a spit, and called them a "wholesale dealer" with no interest in customer service after the sale. I guess that is the spirit of friendly competition, and not trying to discourage me from driving 1,000 miles to save a few thousand.

For many years I have found the Colonial Website my go-to place for Airstream model research. I have always found that Colonial's site is better for this purpose than the Airstream Company Website.

I do not fear change as long as it is for a positive purpose. Took a few viewing to sort out their new page design.

Websites are all migrating to the new look, for better readability on mobile devices. Across the Internet the change is ubiquitous IMO. Even the NY Times has a Beta site which changes the graphics substantially.
Smaller screens require different graphics.

One aspect of this shift is that all their videos are now on YouTube apparently: https://www.youtube.com/user/colonialairstream
