'76 Overlander- Red and Blue paint needed to touch up lettering?

Hi everyone
We just bought a 1976 Overlander and the outside lettering of the name is fading. Does anyone know the exact colors of the paint and where I can buy it to do the retouch of these? Thx so much!

Home Depot has many spray cans of many different shades of red and blue.

Pick the ones you like best, as there is no published "exact" color shade.
