Hadco grease seal replacement on 60 Tradewind?

Evening, all.

Just pulled the bearings off in advance of a short camping trip this week, having never pulled them before. Some pockmarks from the last 53 years of use, so I took them in to get replacements. It's a straight axle, leaf-sprung Tradewind from 1960 with a Hadco 5200# axle.

Not too much trouble matching up the part numbers on the bearings, but the grease seal on the inner bearing is turning out to be a lot of trouble. It says "Hadco 3063 5M" on it, and no auto parts store could find a match. Online searches have not proven any more successful.

Any clues as to a good replacement for this seal?
