5 lug vs 10 lug wheels

My 92 land yacht (36 foot long)
has 5 lug wheels on the front 2 tires
and 10 lug ones on the rear 6 tires.

It looks like most of the rims are
aluminum. Are the rims inter changeable?
well, the 5 hole ones will not fit on the 10
but if i put a 10 hole rim on the 5 lug
wheel is this ok?

do i need to carry two different spare tires?

i found out much to my disgust that the
previous owner sold this rig without a
spare tire...found this out when the
front one blew....and maybe the rim
that was mounted in the spare tire
storage area is steel, and may not
match the other aluminum ones..
oh, what to do?!
