Low "city" pressure issue

As the title suggests, the city pressure we are tied into is very llow. We are wondering if we can run the pump with the city water coming to help with the pressure, as we keep about 30% fresh tank fill anyway. When we do this, the pump kinda... Shudders.... As does the water coming out.

Ideas, suggestion, and just out right help is welcome and appreciated.

The pump is a Sureflow. Came stock with the 2018 19' FC CB Bambi we are FULL TIMING in.

Yes, your owner's manual should cover this. Re: shudder -- make sure all the air is out of all H/C lines, shower head, toilet, etc.. You can use the low-pressure city water to purge the lines, so as not to waste your tank water. Turn off city water first, and open a faucet when you turn the pump on, so it can get its prime OK. Plenty of other threads/posts.
