Barker Power jack 3000

Anyone have this problem, my jack goes down but not up. It can be raised manually and seems to have power, light works and down works-- any trouble shooting appreciated- Darrell

I am not too familiar with jacks, but I can think of two things that could cause this problem.

1. The up / down switch may not be working when you go to raise it.
2. The upper limit switch may be shorted or out of adjustment.
