porch light - how to remove, replace, seal around gaps

hi everyone,

I have a 2013 FC 25 and the round LED porch light under the awning is both very dim for some reason and letting a lot of water in when it rains and the awning is in. there is no visible way to remove the ring around this thing and I can't find a service manual. does anyone know how I can pull this, find a replacement unit and seal it when I'm done? I do have polyurethane caulk.
