Best product for sealing rivets?
So what is the best product for sealing rivets? I have been using Parbond for around the windows to seal cracks and Tempro 635 for the tops of windows. Have heard Silkoflex mentioned with I believe is clear and real thin? I have heard complaints about parbond not lasting very long. What are the alternatives and how do they hold up? I would like something clear and thin if possible that will penetrate around the rivet. I have found my leak to the right of the door. There are some rivets leaking on the Z-stringer just to the right of the door. This door area sees a lot of movement from constant opening and closing of the door. I am sure the trailer flexes there as well since there is a big hole there where the door is and then a big window to the right of that. I am liking my idea of using the C-channel as a gutter to channel water and then have drains to drain water below the floor.
