Window replacement '64 Bambi

I need to replace a window in my Bambi. Good news is I have the window frame and there is no evidence (glue/glass etc) of the previous window. Can someone point me in the right direction for step by step process and recommended products for glue, liner etc.? This is a side window so I was going to use a type of plexi because the other matching window is already plastic. Did it come this way or did someone already replace that window before I got it?
Any help is much appreciated!
Molly
P.S. I apologize if this question is posted 3 or 4 times. I had major problems putting it up and didn't think any got through.

Folks at Inland are a great source of info for these questions also. I would go with glass.
Good luck with it.
