Help with Squeaky Door Hinge

The entry Door on our '77 Safari has suddenly become extremely squeaky.

It's never mad a sound before, but on Sunday I opened the door and it sounds like a haunted house! The door had been opened several times the week before with no sound. I sprayed the hinges with a generous amount of Silicone spray (which I'm sure I read was recommended for the aluminum awning parts) but that has not made a difference.

Last night (Wednesday) I tried again starting with PB Blaster to hopefully loosen it up, then 3in1 oil to lube the hinge. I must have opened and closed that door 100 times with no improvement.

I can see its the bottom hinge that is sticking. The part of the hinge which attached to the trailer flexes when the door is opened.

Any recommendations, magic potions or secret tricks?

We're headed out tomorrow so I don't have time for major repairs this week.
