Remove Antenna Crank

I am in the process of replacing my floor and taking the lower skins off.(65 Amb)
Is there a set screw on the antenna crank to remove it ,or is it done from the outside? Can't seem to find it.There is a hole on the bottom of the handle but a screwdriver or allen wrench won't catch anything.
I've never seen so many rivets! Thanks,Steve

Hi Steve,
I think there was a set screw on mine, in the hole you are refering to. I can check it tonight if you don't have a good reply by then. There were mostly straight screws in my Safari. Very few phillips, and no allen screws. Can you get an eyeball and a flashlight in the same place at the same time? It's not easy with these things that are right up against a wall.
Good luck,
Rich the Viking

Rich,I will try to get a look tonight.Got the elec.refer out(po cut 6 in.off bottom of shroud!) and the Magic Chef oven.
Lots of surprises such as rotin back of counter from former leaks, and more flat head screws I don't care to mention(will need an easy out for a few.)Got a few panels off and the insulation looks good(no critters) ,but the antennna crank is holding me up.
Thanks for the response.Steve
