Auto scan comes up 0

Newbie here with a 2023 27FCFBT ( had it a month) we have two connexx 12 v televisions. Every time we try auto scan we get 30+ RF channels and ) found channels and then we get the blue screen that tells us to run auto scan- which we just did. The green antennae light is ON, the input is TV, the choice between air and cable is set to air. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Have tried in our driveway and two campsites . one near a metro area- well a metro area for Maine..
