Breaker Box Early 70's Models

I keep finding things that have been changed on our 71. The latest seems to be the breaker box. The diagram in the service manual shows the U.S. model should have two 20 amp. breakers - the Canadian model one 20 amp. and three 15 amp. breakers.

Ran the wire to the box for the new water heater and find I have one 30 amp. breaker and three 20 amp. breakers. What's your early 70 have? Is the manual just wrong....

Gary, I'm at work right now. If you don't have an answer by tomorrow, I'll go out and see what mine looks like and report back.

Your breaker box setup is correct.

The service manuals were not written by Airstream.

There were written by a publishing company, therefore the older the manuals, the more mistakes.

I've seen several misteaks in the servie and owner's manuals for our 74, quite a few of them were corrected for the 77 service manual I have.
Also, our trailer has 2 20 amp circuit breakers.

Thanks for everyones help. It's good to be reminded that the manual may have errors - I tend to use it as a bible - only keeping in mind it's from 72 and I have a 71.

1973: 2, 20-amp breakers.

one is dedicated to the air conditioner; the other is for "everything else".
