Alde Troubleshooting

Hello everyone! We are on our first trip in our 21 classic. Our Alde system is pumping hot air throughout the coach even though both AC units are on full blast. Any suggestions?

Electricity set to 2kw
Circulation pump set to thermal
Inside temp set to 60 degrees

Hi

The "typical" setup ( it's AS so what is typical ??? ) is to have one thermostat run the A/C and a second one run the Alde heat. It's quite possible to set the A/C to 75 degrees and the Alde to 70. Both will run like crazy. Answer one is to just turn the Alde off. Answer two is to go to the menu and set the Alde temp to 55 degrees if it's A/C season.
