Mounting smart tote waste tank

Just purchased an 18 gallon smart tote portable waste tank for our 19' International. Thinking it might be ideal to mount it underneath ( exterior) similar to the spare tire. Has anyone tried this?

Well, I can think of a bunch of things I would find more pleasant, such as root canal or prostate biopsy, than trying to raise and secure a tote underneath my trailer...

Will it fit vertically behind the propane tanks?

Would it fit on bumper in back? I am trying to see if spare tire would fit behind propane tanks.
