We added a Tornado tank sprayer on our black tank when we did our restoration, Our trailer had no tanks, no interior skins and no floor at the time, so we added the new tanks while everything was apart. We could get to all sides to line things up so it was easy-ish to do. I don't know how you would do it if the tank is "in place"...or it isn't "perfectly clean" so the glue sets. Might be tricky...

The Flush King looks like the simple way to go, though I might need an adapter since my outlet connection is Thetford and I'll be the FK fits the more common Valterra.
Sewer Solution system is very effective at tank flushing. Just twist the lever to send a jet of water into the tank or pump stuff out of it. Does take a fair amount of water. No moving parts and does not seem to clog either.
