Zip Dee Awning Not Closing
We have been traveling full time for the last year with no issues opening/closing our Relax awning (2019 25' Globetrotter). However now the awning will not close. I've spoken to ZipDee and Airstream and have not been able to resolve the issue, beyond verifying the circuit board indicators are working properly. Troubleshooting the problem leads me to believe the front arm never retracts, in fact when I press close the front arm will extend for an inch or so before the awning stops. I've been able to close the awning by manually retracing the front arm. ZipDee/AS advises we take it in for service but traveling full time, this is not practical. Has anyone experienced similar issues?
