...or maybe I don't wanna know!
So, I goofed up and left the galley lights on in the AS over the weekend. Came out, and the battery was dead as a doornail, of course. Plugged the trailer into the house, and popped a main battery fuse.
I tried the battery on my regular charger, and it kept popping the overload on the charger. So I gave up and went looking for another battery. Took the battery back to Checker - no warranty, as I'm not the original purchaser...
(BTW, Autozone is much better than CSK when it comes to batteries - $22 cheaper, 10 more amp-hours, and double the warranty.)
And, of course, I had to replace the fuse, which it turns out is a type AGU.... those are available at auto stereo shops where they sell the big "thumper" stuff...
All this because I left the stupe-stinkin' light on! Arrgh!
