Sewer/Waste drain bracket

This seems silly but I'll ask anyway. We drove too many miles over washboarded dirt roads - a whole story in itself for another time. Many regrets from this adventure, lots of things came loose and need put back together. Most I can see how to do, some easy, some not so easy (refrige came out of its cabinet...). But anyway to the very small topic of this post:

There is an aluminum bracket that supports the waste drain, where the dump hose gets attached. It seems obvious where it was attached and how to reattach it - except I can't get it even close to reaching that spot where it would be screwed in. I guess it's a puzzle I have not been able to figure out. First I thought that with the bracket loose the fitting had just vibrated down a couple inches. But that doesn't seem to be the case, since the plumbing all seems still rigidly attached. Looking for a clue or maybe a photo of this bracket installed.

The rig is a 2018 Bambi FC 20 foot.

Photos are attached showing the loose bracket.

Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

Bill

Doesn't that 'Y' connector rotate (between the valves)?

Yes. It was originally approximately horizontal. Rotating it back will put the bracket back where it belongs. The bolts on the valves can be loosened slightly, the "Y" connector rotated, and then the bolts retightened.
