Looks like something a previous owner devised. Does it do anything? Is that one side of the tongue it was covering? It looks like part of an industrial or utility type of electrical box cut to fit. It might have been the front plate around receptacles or switches. Homemade?

The Airstream is sold; a 2016 Nash 24M replaced it.
Typically referred to an A-frame Close-out. I am unaware of any place that they can be purchased new, but one of the Forums members was going to use a 3D printer to try and fabricate some from scratch a while back...
Being that they are made of "unobtainium," I would say that yours is easily repaired. Get a little creative. They are probably actually made of ABS plastic, so even a large washer would solve those oversized hole problems.
