Gaps in Sealant

I was dewinterizing my airstream today and took some time to look over the roof and seals. I found a couple of spots that look questionable. Does it look like these need to be repaired? I would hate to get out on our first trip and have leaks. If so, what product would be best to use?

The first one is in the sealant above the driver side awning.

Those appear to to be where bubbles on the sealer were when applied. In the past, I would tape the area, clean and just force some sealer in the depressions. The condition of the seam looks good overall.
