Floor and dusting on 3008 22 sport
Need some advice. Looking to buy a 2008 22 sport. There is some rusting on the bottom. Picture attached. How severe is this and can it be easily fixed? Also some floor issues under the storage of the couch. Opinions?

The dinette is located in the rear and is the main bed. How hard would it be to remove the dinette and install a bed? The water heater and outside storage access is in the dinette benches. Thank you
