Dometic RM 3604 Door Removal
I need to replace one of the plastic bushings on the pivot pins on my 3604 fridge to put the door back in alignment (the bushing is clearly worn). I've already got the new bushing.
Question is, how do I remove the doors?
My hunch is that I'll have to pull the fridge out a few inches to access the screws on the top of the upper freezer hinge. Once that's off, I can remove the freezer door. Then the middle aluminum support between the doors, and then finally the lower door's upper pivot will be exposed.
But before doing all that I thought I'd ask so I don't pull the fridge following a false lead. I'd hate to pull it only to find out there is an easier way.
