Day Nite Shades

We're looking at a slightly used Classic and it has some stains on the day shades near the sofa. Any ideas on how to get the small stains out. I wouldn't think it would be that simple ? If that is not possible, how are these replaced and any ideas on what it would cost per window ? Would it need to be done by an AS dealer ?

If you are talking about cloth curtains I use Oxiclean to clean mine. Let soak in Oxi and water for a couple of hours followed by two complete wash cycles. Air dry out side in the sun.
