Between the key way and the handle with a rubber cover. Inside is a circuit board. Looks to be a switch for something. What is it?

Possible, but no ding when pushed. I should add that I was at Jackson Center a few days ago and their experts had no idea what it was and said that it definitely was not OEM Airstream.
My first thought was either light switch or door bell.

Another good possibility. I will check to see if it is missing a battery. It sort of looks like a flat watch type battery might fit behind the Circuit board.

I was fiddling with it last night and low and behold it started working. It is a blue LED light that shows solid on or flashes. Another mystery solved.
