Hi, the shower in our trailer works great; We never use camp ground showers. Water pressure seems a bit lower when using the water pump.

Our 2018 26RBQ shower seems to work just fine. We took delivery of it last month and have not had a chance to take it out camping yet but have spent a fair amount of time inside it in our driveway connected to power and water including testing out all the faucets and shower. In fact I thought the shower seemed better than our previous SOB and believe it will do just fine when out camping. I have to believe there is an issue somewhere with something and I wouldn't hesitate to take it back to dealer for inspection. Let us know how it goes.
