2010 16': Sooty furnace, plumbing leak

Noticed 2 problems with my near-new 2010 16' today. Only about 400-500 miles on it since new.

Furnace is putting soot out on the exhaust port.

But more of a concern: a plumbing leak! Drip is once every 2 or 3 seconds, on the exterior, at the rear of the right wheel well. This is almost directly under where the wet bath's sprayers are located. Happens when pump has pressurized the fresh water, but no problem when depressurized. Haven't checked to see if it happens with city water yet.

Where's the easiest access to the area underneath the wet bath? If I open up the under-bed storage from the inside, I can look to my left (towards the right wheel) and see the silvery insulation covering the rear wheel well, and some plumbing lines, which tells me I'm close (but no wetness visible). I really don't want to tear up my (new!) bathroom from the inside... or drive 6 hours back to NJ to get this serviced by the dealer under warranty

The soot probably is simply an insect nest (mud daubers are most likely), and the drip is probably from the low point drain in that area. The drain should be just near the water heater, under the bed.

Hello, we have had the bathroom faucet set crack and leak in that area. The bed set up needed to be removed (unscrewed) which then allowed a small child to do the repairs.

Followup - thanks for the replies - I removed the bed platform and found (somewhat tight) access to the plumbing. The lines attach to the shower sprayer assembly via two theaded twist-on things and one of these wasn't tightened down all the way. I suspect this was because a section of the line that it was attached to was being pushed on by a part of the wood that makes up the bathroom wall. When the trailer flexes during travel, it probably flexed the threaded join and "helped" work things loose.

I moved the entire section of line to the inside of the wall so it has some room for movement, tightened up the threaded joint and tested - no more leak.

Funny, same thing happened to my previous airstream - same type of joint had worked itself loose. Fortunately there was a (very small!) place to access it. (though in that case, I don't think there was anything putting pressure on the line - just a loose joint)

I'll tackle the sooty furnace next. This is the first time I've run it, so maybe it just needs to be adjusted... Where's that adjustment screw?

Found the adjustment screw and sliding section, adjusted from min to max, no real difference. Time to clean out the pipe. From what I understand it's just literally a curved pipe -- nothing else in there, correct? No fans, no pieces, no parts, just a pipe going from igniter to exhaust? Time for a giant pipe cleaner and compressed air?
