Ducted Air

Hello, We are in the process of hunting for another camper. What year did Airstream begin ducted air? We are not fans of the non-ducted air.

The ducted air is only for the warm air heating system used in the Airstreams. The air conditioning is not ducted. It is a roof top unit and discharges directly from the unit blowing cold air fore and aft directly from it's housing.

Ducted Air

I believe that the only factory installed ducted air on an Airstream travel trailer is in the current model called the Land Yacht. Pretty pricey at about $150K, I believe.

That looks like an 80's trailer. Why don't they do it that way now? Ducted air is so much more quiet.
