After removing the 4 screws, I can't figure out how to slide the shroud off w/o maybe breaking it on the folding door slide. The door frame has no fexibility and the ceiling has very little. How do I get the shroud off the unit? I feel certain this is a pan leaking, plugged line, or a loose connection somewhere as the unit is under roof. I've read several other posts and hopefully this will be a 'relatively' easy fix - if I can only remove the shroud w/o busting it up.

It should have lifted off when you removed the 4 screws.
BUT, sometimes Airstream or an owner applied Vulkem sealer to the bottom of the shroud, which would hold it in place on the shell.
That really is a complete waste of usefullness.
All you can do, VERY CAREFULLY, is slide a "putty knife" under the shroud, to cut thru the Vulkem.
No other fasteners were ever installed by Airstream other than the 4 you mentioned.
