Leaking Drain Tube Okay??

I just recently moved my trailer and water started to come out of the drain tube below street side water inlet from a copper drain tube poking out from the belly, does anyone know if thats ok or unusual. It looks like the water tank is above it. Thanks.

Sounds like your low point drain valve is open. Should be no big deal as long as you are winterized.

How do I close this valve? I recently bought the trailer in September and don't even know if there was water in the water tanks. Apparently there is some. No electricity yet, removed my water heater and redoing all plumbing with pex.

If you removed the water heater there should be only the fresh water tank. There should be a hole in the subfloor in the galley cabinet. In the hole you will find 3 red valves, hot water line, cold water line, and low point drain. There may also be similar valves in the bathroom closet. If you don't have one a Service Manual would be a good idea. You can get a copy from the mothership. At the end of January in New England and if you are redoing the plumbing anyway closing valves is a moot point.
