Planning a Trip: Atlanta to Key West and Back

We're thinking about taking our new 25' FC on a big two week loop from Atlanta to Key West … unfortunately during Snowbird Season, but I guess you use the time you have, right? I'd appreciate any thoughts on (1) easy steps from Atlanta toward Miami with one intermediate stop, (2) Miami to Key West, then (3) back up the center of Florida or the West Coast stopping in Tampa and maybe (4) panhandle Florida before heading back to Atlanta. . (We will want to stop in Miami.) We prefer to stay in state parks, but if there are nice private campgrounds, we'd try it. Any thoughts, first of all on easy stops (maybe 250 miles max every day?) and then, places of interest or nice places to stay?
